By accessing and using PostAgentz, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PostAgentz provides advanced social media automation and content creation tools. Our current service offerings include:

• Pinterest Services: For paid subscribers, we provide AI Agent-driven content generation and automated Schedulers to maintain a consistent presence on Pinterest.
• Instagram & Facebook Services: We provide tools for users to upload and schedule their own content. Upon successful OAuth authorization, users can post content simultaneously to both Instagram and Facebook, including the ability to set specific future dates and times for Instagram publications. Please note that AI generation for Instagram is not yet active but is planned for future release.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of PostAgentz, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and social media platform terms
• Not use our services for spam, illegal activities, or harassment

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and schedule through PostAgentz. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content to the social media platforms you've connected.

5. Service Limitations

PostAgentz relies on third-party social media platforms. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to social media platform APIs or terms of service
• Service interruptions on third-party platforms
• Content removal or account suspension by social media platforms

6. Termination and Account Unlinking

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.

Users have the right to disconnect their social media profiles (Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook) at any time. By using the "Unlink" or "Delete" options within the application's social settings, all stored access tokens for that specific integration will be permanently removed from our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

PostAgentz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or email.
