1. Information We Collect

PostAgentz collects information to provide better services to all our users. The types of information we collect include:

  • Account information (email address, name, profile picture)
  • Social media account credentials (with your permission via OAuth)
  • Content you create or schedule through our platform
  • Usage data and analytics

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide specialized social media management services:

  • Pinterest: We utilize AI Agents to generate original creative content and descriptions for our paid users, which are managed through our automated Schedulers.
  • Instagram & Facebook: We facilitate the posting and scheduling of user-provided content. While we do not currently offer AI content generation for Instagram, we enable simultaneous posting to both Instagram and Facebook with precise scheduling capabilities for Instagram posts.

Additionally, we use your data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Schedule and post content to your connected social media accounts
  • Send you technical notices and support messages
  • Monitor and analyze trends and usage

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With your consent
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To protect the rights and safety of our users and the public

4. Data Control and Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms and GDPR, we provide multiple ways for you to request the deletion of your data from PostAgentz.

Manual Deletion (Within the App)

To manually delete your connected social media data and access tokens:

  1. Log in to your PostAgentz account.
  2. Navigate to the Instagram & Facebook Setup page.
  3. Under Connected Meta Profiles, locate the account you wish to remove.
  4. Click the Trash/Delete icon. This will immediately remove all OAuth access tokens and any pending scheduled posts for that account from our database.

Meta Platform Deletion

If you remove PostAgentz via your Facebook "Apps and Websites" settings, our system will receive an automatic notification via our registered Data Deletion Callback URL: https://postagentz.com/socials/instagram/deletion_callback.

Upon receiving this request:

  • All stored Facebook and Instagram access tokens associated with your Meta User ID will be permanently deleted.
  • Any content scheduled for publication to those platforms will be removed from our systems.
  • You will be provided with a unique confirmation code for your records.

5. Data Security

We implement security measures designed to protect your information. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.
